How to find a day that works for everyone

  1. 1. Create a group. Name your group and yourself — no account required.
  2. 2. Share the link. Send one invitation link in your group chat. Friends join with a display name.
  3. 3. Mark available days. Everyone taps the days they can meet. Counts update so you can see where schedules overlap.

One group calendar. Plans whenever you want.

Friend groups plan more than once. Instead of starting a new poll every time you want dinner, a game night, a weekend meetup, or a catch-up, keep a shared calendar that stays with your group. Update your free days when plans come up — you do not need a brand-new poll for every occasion.

See when everyone is free

Each date shows how many members are available — for example, 3/5 means three of five people marked that day. When everyone is free, the day turns green. You can change your own availability anytime; updates appear for the group in real time.

Less coordinating. More getting together.

Frequently asked questions

Is DaysWeCan free?
Yes. Creating a group, inviting friends, and marking availability is free. There is no paid plan required to use the core calendar.
Do my friends need an account?
No. Friends open your invitation link, enter a display name, and join. Nobody needs to register or install an app.
Can I reuse the same group calendar?
Yes. That is the point. Keep one group for your friends and update availability whenever you are planning something new — dinners, weekends, or game nights.
How do I see which day works for everyone?
Each date shows a count such as 3/5. When everyone in the group is free, the day turns green. Tap a date to see who marked themselves available.
Can I choose specific times?
DaysWeCan focuses on whole days, not hourly time slots. If you need minute-level meeting times, a poll tool with time slots may fit better.
What happens if I switch phones?
Membership lives in your browser storage, so a new phone does not inherit it automatically. Save your personal access link from the profile menu and open it on the new device to restore the same membership. Without that link, ask the group owner to remove your old name, then join again with the invite link. If the owner also loses access and has no recovery link, you may need to create a new group.
